Our Policies

Please make note of our policies to make
the best of your appointment. 

 

New Clients or New to You Service:

If you are a new client or booking a "new to you service" please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This extra time will allow you to complete paperwork and consult with your technician regarding your appointment.

Parking:

Parking can be found on both sides of Center Street. In the case that there is no parking available on Center Street, there is also a public parking lot behind our building.

 

Traveling from Rt. 5, take a left on to Meadow Street and it is the first right. If you are traveling from N/S Main St area, take a right onto Meadow St and it is the first right.

 

The parking lot is parked by two different colored lines. The green line spots are for public parking, please use these spots. The white line spots are for 100 Center St.

There is a public entrance through the back of the building between the garages and the fence. Our sign is above the door.

Gift Cards:

All Gift Cards are final sale.  No cash back and no gratuities allowed with the use of a gift card.

Children:

We love children, but for the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the treatment area.  We do not assume the responsibility of your child during your visit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in cancellation, which will be considered a cancellation without 24-hours notice.

 

Gratuities:

As gratuity is at your discretion, we only accept them in the form of

CASH (Most technicians also accept Venmo)  

 

Returns:

All sales are final.

Online Booking:

Our booking system does require a Visa or MasterCard to secure your appointment.  Rest assured we do not see that card information as it is secure in our processing system.  You will not be charged when scheduling the appointment and will have the option to use another form of payment when in the salon.  However, you will be charged if you do not show up or fail to cancel within 24 hours (Please see below).  If you prefer to schedule by telephone or email, we will still need a card over the phone to secure your appointment.  Once your card is stored it is good for all future bookings!

 

Tardiness:

We expect all appointments to start on time.  If you are running behind for your appointment you may forfeit this time slot and will be considered a cancellation without 24-hours notice.  

 

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations without 24-hours notice are subject to a 50% service fee charged to your card on file or payable at your next appointment. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill your appointment slot.

No Show & Less than 1-hour Cancellations: 

 You are considered a "no show" if you fail to cancel an appointment within one hour of your appointment or by not showing for an appointment.  No show customers will be charged 100% service fee charged to your card on file or payable at your next appointment and will be removed from our online scheduling site.  Please note that our technicians are not able to fill those spaces since we work by appointment only.

Adverse Reactions:

In the event of an allergic reaction to a product or service, we ask that you immediately seek medical attention and report to us within 24-hours of your appointment and with a photo if at all possible.
